The new season of swimming starts on Monday September 19th!
Registration will start in September. We ask that you fill out a registration form and return to Monica LaBarge, Shirley Myers, Coach Andrew Jones or Stephen Hinton. We would really appreciate getting the registrations done in the first week of swimming.
Club Abstract
Kingston Masters Aquatic Club (KMAC) is a masters swim club that offers programming for adults of all swimming abilities and interests. Swim workouts take place at the Artillery Park Aquatic & Fitness Centre located at 76 Ordnance St., Kingston (diagonally across from the downtown Staples.) Some of our swimmers are new to masters swimming and are primarily interested in stroke improvement and/or fitness. Others compete in triathlons and masters competitions.
We have seven workouts a week with a swim coach present at each workout. Our coach prepares the workouts and assists swimmers with stroke technique. There are generally three to four different workouts prepared for each session to meet the needs of the variety of levels of swimmers present.
KMAC is affiliated with Masters Swimming Ontario (MSO), the provincial coordinating body for masters swimming in the province.
