Club Abstract
Kingston Masters Aquatic Club (KMAC) is a masters swim club that offers
programming for adults of all swimming abilities and interests. Swim workouts take place at the Artillery Park Aquatic & Fitness Centre located at 76 Ordnance St., Kingston (diagonally across from the downtown Staples.) Click here for map: Artillery Park Aquatic & Fitness Centre
Some
of our swimmers are new to masters swimming and are primarily
interested in stroke improvement and fitness. Others compete in
triathlons and masters competitions.
We offer seven workouts a
week with a swim coach present at each workout. Our coaches prepare the
workouts and assist swimmers with stroke technique. There are generally
three to four different workouts prepared for each session to meet the
needs of the variety of levels of swimmers in our club.
KMAC is affiliated with Masters Swimming Ontario (MSO), the provincial coordinating body for masters swimming in the province.
